To Create a Quick Link

Follow these steps to create a Quick Link.
  1. Open Quick link management.
  2. Click New and then select Add New Link.
    Tip: You can also create a new quick link by clicking Register a Link from the Quick Links icon in the Menu bar.
    The Add Quick Links panel appears.
  3. Enter the Name of the quick link.
  4. Enter the URL Link for the quick link.
  5. Select a Group for the quick link (optional).
  6. In the Open link in list, select either New window, New tab, or Current tab, to determine what happens when the quick link is invoked.
  7. If you want to add this quick link for everyone on the project team, enable Add for everyone on a project team.
  8. When you are finished, click Add New Link. The link is saved, and appears when you click the Quick Links icon in the Menu bar.
  9. Repeat Steps 2 to 8 for each quick link that you want to create.
